I always have a difficult time photographing white cards, and the shadow from the tree makes it look blurry.  I embossed a small piece of CS and then used foam squares to pop the tree.  I finished it off by adding the 2 little birds.

I love the tilted look and thought it would be great with this young masculine card, this card would work great as a grad card as well!  The stars are cut from glitter paper and metallic paper.  I stamped 'You Rock' and finished the card by adding a guitar charm.

I totally lifted the card pattern from Rita's Creations...she made a Valentine's Day card.  I absolutely loved the colour combo Rita used for her card, so I copied that as well:)  I love being inspired by other people's creations, don't you?

For the bow-tie I used the bow from Maggie Holmes Styleboard Dies, I just didn't use the loop part of the bow, it's like getting 2 bow styles in 1.

Using these colours was a challenge for me, but I think I managed to pull it together.  The banner is a light pink glitter paper, but it looks quite dark in the photo.  It was fun working with the different angles of the paper.
