I got myself some new dies and hadn't had a chance to use them yet, what better time than for this challenge.  Cardinals are an amazing Christmas Animal, well, they are around year-round but in the winter their red feathers stand out against the white snow.  I added glitter to the trees, but the photo didn't pick it up very well.

Inspired Stamps Christmas Card

Hello and welcome here!  It's certainly time for those who make cards to be thinking of Christmas card ideas and I'm sharing one today using Inspired Stamps stamps. 

Card Size:  4.25" x 5.5"

I used the stamp set Vintage Christmas.   It's difficult to see but I used an oval diffuser and then embossed an oval die.  I then used foam squares to add the image.

Inspired Stamps Quick and Easy Christmas Card

Hello and welcome here!  Are you ready for Christmas yet?  If not, you're running out of time.  Today the Inspired Stamps DT are inspiring you with their choice of card today.  I decided to share a quick and easy card, especially for those who may have been invited somewhere at the last minute, because we all get our cards done early in the season, right?

Card Size:  4.25" x 5.5"

I used the 'Joy to the World' sentiment from the Christmas Sentiments stamp set.  I embossed a white piece of cardstock and matted it with blue, I then punched out 3 snowflakes and added a rhinestone to the middle.

Inside:

For the inside of my card I used the same Christmas Sentiments stamp set.  The boy is His Little Ones:  Winter Boy.

I make Christmas cards for a local Craft Sale and I try to keep them fairly clean and simple so that I can charge $1.  I thought I would share a couple of ones I made this year.

Inspired Stamps Tent Card Tutorial

Inspired Stamps His Little Ones Tent Card

Hello and welcome here!  It looks like all across the country we've all had a bit of winter weather this week.  We've had quite a bit of snow and it's definitely not going to go away before Spring.  This week the Inspired Stamps DT are sharing scenic cards that include His Little Ones stamp sets.  The card I'm sharing today is called a Tent Card and I'll be sharing a Tutorial tomorrow on how I made it!

Card Size:  5" x 5"

The stamp sets I used for this card are:  His Little Ones: Shepherd Boy, His Little Ones:  Angel, Sheep Laying and the sentiment is from Vintage Christmas. I stamped the Angel, Shepherd Boy and Sheep onto white CS and then fussy cut them and coloured them with Copic Markers.

The card folds flat for mailing and pops open to display a scene when you take it out. I added glitter to the Angel wings and to the background to make it look like the stars are shining.

Inspired Stamps November New Release

Hello and welcome here!  I hope you're enjoying the start to a new month, it's hard to believe we can now say Christmas is next month.  This week the Inspired Stamps DT are showcasing newly released stamps!

Inspired Stamps One Layer Christmas Card

Hello and welcome here!  It's been a month of Christmas cards at Inspired Stamps and this week I'm sharing a quick and easy one, it's also one layer so it won't cost extra to mail!

Card Size:  4.25" x 5.5"

 

 I masked a rectangle and sponged the area with blue ink.  I then stamped the tree from the Fir Trees stamps set.  The sentiment is from 1.5 Inch Circle Christmas stamp set.

Inside:

For the inside I used the stars and sentiment from Blessed Little Christmas.

Hello and welcome here!  It's been a busy week getting back to work and the kids are back to school.  This whole month the Inspired Stamps DT are showcasing Christmas cards!

I went with a quick and easy Christmas card.  I used His Little Ones: Winter Boy and the sentiment is from Blessed Little Christmas.  I added a torn edge for snow and used the Memory Box Birch Trio to add the trees behind the boy.

Inside:

For the inside I used one of the circle sentiments from 1.5 inch Circle Christmas.  And because it's decorative already, it makes for a quick and pretty sentiment on the inside.

Inspired Stamps Christmas Card Showcase

Hello and welcome here on the first of September!  I've been having issues with the photos on my older posts showing up and I'm trying to figure out the problem, no luck yet why it's doing this so if you have any helpful info please let me know.

This month the Inspired Stamps DT are showcasing Christmas stamps!  For us cardmakers, getting an early start is essential because before you know it, Christmas will be here and time for family and friends takes over.

Card Size:  4" x 6"

I used a few different stamps set for my card.  The girl is Hymn Girls: March.  I tried my hand at colouring on Kraft cardstock using Primacolor pencils.  Next time I'll add a white undertone to the dress...it's much redder in real life but I think it would pop more coloured on top of white. I love how you can make her winter-ish by giving her boots to wear!

The holly is from Flower Value Set, it's also coloured using Primacolor pencils.  The sentiment is from the 1" Circle Sentiments.
