Inspired Stamps New Release of 3 Sets

Hello and welcome here!  I an excited to share 3 new Inspired Stamps stamp sets being released today!  Hymn Girls:  Mother's Day, Hymn Girls:  Father's Day and Hymn Girls:  Children.

First up is Hymn Girls: Mother's Day, it's a great set of scripture, words and images.  I coloured my mom image with Copics markers and added little dots for interest.

For the inside I added a flower from the Flowers Value Pack.

 Last, but definitely not least, is this adorable set called Hymn Girls: Children.  The set comes with these 3 cuties...the baby is separate, I had sister hold her...some hearts, scripture and words.  I water coloured the background but the images are coloured with Copics.

Inspired Stamps Alphabet Cards

Hello and welcome here.  Today the Inspired Stamps DT are showcasing alphabets!

Card Sizes:  4.25" x 5.5"

I used Solid Alphabet Lowercase for the word 'birthday' and Labelmaker Alphabet for the 'Happy'.  I stamped the birthday 3 times using different ink, leaving a bit of an extra space between the last 2 to make room for the word 'Happy'.  I stamped 'Happy' and then outlined it using a black felt pen.

For this card I used Solid Alphabet Lowercase for 'happy' and for 'birthday' I cheated and used the one from Perfect Sentiments.  I had planned to use this card for another week but thought it showcased 'happy' in a fun way using the alphabet stamps.

Inspired Stamps Watercolour Card

Hello and welcome here!  This week it's DT choice at Inspired Stamps.  I purchased some Le Plume II watercolour markers and just had to try them out with Inspired Stamps stamps.

Card Size:  4.25" x 5.5"

I used Hymn Girls:  May and Psalm 103:1.  I used watercolour paper and stamped my image, I then coloured her using my Le Plume II markers and a waterbrush.  For the sky I wet my paper first and then added colour by using my waterbrush to transfer colour that I drew on an acrylic block to the paper.  I let it dry and then stamped the verse.

Inside:

I used a sentiment from Perfect Sentiments for the inside.

Inspired Stamps Mother's Day Card

Hello and welcome here!  Mother's Day is fast approaching and the Inspired Stamps DT are here to help inspired you with Mother's Day or Love cards.

Card Size:  4.25" x 5.5"

I used Inspired Stamps Solid Alphabet Uppercase and Solid Alphabet Lowercase to make the word 'Mom'.  I added a couple of paper ruffles along the bottom by spraying water onto strips of paper and gathering it along one edge with my fingers and letting it dry.  Once dry it's nice and solid.

Inside:

I used a sentiment from More Perfect Sentiments, and the flower is from the Flowers Value Pack.

Inspired Stamps Spring Card

Hello and welcome here!  The Inspired Stamps DT are sharing Spring cards with you today!

Card Size:  4.25" x 5.5"

Spring is the time for new flowers!  I used Flowers Value Pack for my card today.  To colour my flower and the background behind it I inked up my acrylic block with pink ink and then spritz it with water.  I then quickly stamped my white cardstock with the block.   I let it dry and then stamped my flower, and fussy cut it out.  I did the stem the same way, but using green ink.  The background I inked both colours onto the block and let the water mix the blue and green slightly.

Inspired Stamps Hymn Girls Card

Hello and welcome here!  Well, it's that time of year around here, warm, sunny, spring days or cold, wet, snowy days. At least the hope of Spring is right around the corner, so "HA", I laugh in your face snow, your days are numbered.  This week the Inspired Stamps DT are inspiring you with the Hymn line of stamps...there are buildings, flowers, vines and of course the Hymn Girls to choose from.

I used Hymn Girls:  October and the 2x2 stamps Philippians 1:3.  I love the side view, it looks like her hair is blowing in the breeze.  I paper pieced her dress in a pretty pink, pink reminds me of Spring.

Inspired Stamps Flowers

Hello and welcome here!  It's time for some more Inspired Stamps inspiration.  Today the DT are sharing flowers, and just in time too, we've had quite a bit of snow the last few days and I was so looking forward to enjoying the first flowers of Spring.   Since that's not going to happen anytime soon, I'll just enjoy the ones shared by the DT.

Card Size:  4.25" x 5.5"

 I used the Flowers stamp set for both the flowers and verse.  I embossed the flowers onto vellum using white embossing powder.  I coloured on the back with Copic markers.

Inside:

I stamped the same flower on the inside and used one of the sentiments that comes with the set.

Hello and welcome here!  This week the Inspired Stamps DT are sharing cards made with the Hymn Girls, and there are lots to choose from so it was a difficult decision as to what one I wanted to use.

Card Size:  4.25" x 5.5"

I used Inspired Stamps Hymn Girls:  March and Psalm 62:1.  I coloured the girl with Copics and stamped the verse directly on to the card front.

Inside:

I used the same stamp for the inside and left it blank.  Once in a while it's nice to have a blank card to write your own message.

Inspired Stamps Love Card

Hello and welcome here!  We've had a bit of a cold snap here in Manitoba but yesterday the kids could finally go outside for recess.  The windchill has been so cold the past couple of weeks that exposed skin freezes in minutes.  Hopefully you're keeping warm where you are!  This week the Inspired Stamps DT are sharing Love cards.

Card Size:  4.25" x 5.5"

I used the stamp 1 Corinthians 13:13 and I thought it would be great for a wedding card.  I cut the heart out first and then embossed the heart shaped, I then stamped the verse and added a ribbon and pearls to finish it off.

Inside:

For the inside I used the 'Congratulations' from the More Perfect Sentiments stamps set.
