Inspired Stamps Birthday Card

Hello and welcome here!  It always seems like we need Birthday cards, well you're in luck this week the Inspired Stamps DT are sharing Birthday card inspiration.

Card Size:  4.25" x 5.5"

The inspiration for this card came from one by Marisa which you can find HERE.  I loved how she used the corner die as a pocket and that's what I wanted to recreate.  Inspired Stamps has a cute Tags stamp set that I used

For the verse on the tag I used Spring Sketches.  

Inside:

I used the 'Happy Birthday' from the Tags set and the flower from Spring Sketches.

Heartfelt Creations Winter Window

Hello and welcome here!  Many have already returned to school, we start next week here and with such beautiful weather it's going to be difficult to sit in class. Well, it's another Wednesday and that means some Heartfelt Creations inspiration and I have another Christmas card to share.

Card Size:  6" x 6"

I used the gorgeous blue winter 6x6 paper from the Christmas Card Collection paper pack, the evergreen tree is also found in the same collection.  I also used the Decorative Window Scene die and Decorative Lace Border die.

Heartfelt Creations sells Clear CS and I used it for the window panes.  I then added Flower Soft to give it a frosted look, I used Stickles as the glue.

I fussy cut the bird and greenery found in the Christmas Card Collection paper pack and added a little hand made embellishment to the window.  I used pieces from the Ornamental Add On die, some felt and a piece of matching blue patterned paper, I finished it off with a silver ribboned bow.  I used the rest of the Ornamental Add On die flourish behind the rolled corner .

Inside:

I cut the Decorative Window Scene to fit behind one of the sentiments found in the Christmas Card Collection.

Inspired Stamps Scripture Card

Hello and welcome here!  It's time for some Inspired Stamps inspiration, this week the DT are sharing creations made with a character.  I chose to use His Little Ones:  Reading Girl with scripture.

Card Size:  4.25" x 5.5"

I coloured the girl with Copics. I also used  Labelmaker Verses on the front, I stamped it onto white CS and then cut it apart to fit in the area beside the girl.  I used it for the inside of my card as well.

The cross is from Blessed Little Christmas.

Heartfelt Creations 3D Snowflake and Card

Hello and welcome here!  It's difficult to think of winter when it's so hot outside but the new Christmas Card Collection from Heartfelt Creations makes it really easy to create Christmas cards, even in the middle of summer.  I made a 3D snowflake and a Christmas card this week, I just love creating with HC products!

Snowflake:  5.75" x 6"

I used one of the flourishes from the newly released Ornamental Add On Die and Spellbinders Decorative Labels 1 to make this snowflake.  I cut out 12 flourishes and attached them to the back of the Decorative Labels CS piece, I then joined the 2 snowflakes with ribbon in between. I added some Stickles for sparkle but it's difficult to see in the photo.

I love the blue wintery paper in the Christmas Card Paper Collection, I used the decorative die from Ornate Gateway.  The sentiment is from the Sweet Memories set and I coloured the holly with Copics, I finished off the card with navy grosgrain ribbon and a couple of Dew Drops.

Inside:

For the inside I used one of the sentiments that come with the 12x12 paper collection, it's loaded with sentiments and sayings and lots of card fronts to make it easy to get your Christmas cards done this year!

I guess technically wolves could be feminine too, but the overall feel of the card is masculine. I used Sizzix woodgrain embossing folder for texture, and I added some corner details.  The nice thing about masculine cards is they tend to be fairly clean and simple.  I used a combination of chalk and Copics to colour the wolf.

Inspired Stamps Scripture Card

Hello and welcome here!  The weekend is almost upon us and it's time for some Inspired Stamps inspiration to get your creative juices going.  This week the DT are sharing cards made with scripture stamps.

I didn't realize that when I was making this card that the Inspired Stampers Favorite Collection #1 is going to be retired, so if you don't have it yet you'll want to grab it up before it's gone!!  I used a couple of different dies for the card front, I love the little birds.

Heartfelt Creations New Release Christmas Card Collection

Hello and welcome here!  Today Heartfelt Creations has a New Release called Christmas Card Collection.  So be sure to pop by the HC BLOG or check out the DT creations (their links are in my sidebar.) to see the full release.  I'm sharing 2 projects...a card and 2 ornaments.

Card Size:  6" x 6"

I used one of the 6" x 6" patterned paper included in the Christmas Card Paper Collection. There are alot of card fronts available with this paper collection that will make it quick and easy to create your Christmas cards! All I did was add an embossed shape to the patterned paper and that's it.

I also used the bird from the Christmas Song stamp set, and the holly and berries flourish from the Holly Berry stamp set.  The Holly Berry stamp set has a matching die in the Ornamental Add On set. I coloured the bird, and holly and berries with Copics.

Bird - YR30, E40, W0, W1, W3, W5, YR24

Greenery - YG91, YG93, YG95, YG99

Berries - R24, R29

Outline - W1

I used one of the dies included in the Ornamental Add On die set to make the ornaments.  I used 3 for each ornament, but you could use more if you wanted.  I wanted to add pearls and Stickles and so I used less so that you could see it.  I think that they almost look like elegant icicles!

Ornament Size (without ribbon):  2" x 3"

It's difficult to see, but I added pearls to the die, and I used gold wired-edges ribbon.

For the red ornament I used Stickles, but it's difficult to see in the photo.

Here is a top view of the 3 ornaments glued together.

Inspired Stamps 2x2 Scripture Card Sets

Heartfelt Creations High Seas Card

Hello and welcome here!  I hope you're having a great week!  My sister and her family are coming for a visit today and I'm super excited.  My girls are also flying in today, they've been visiting Grandma for the past 3+ weeks so it's going to be super busy around here.  It's also time for some more Heartfelt Creations inspiration.

I used the lighthouse from the High Seas stamp set, and paper from the Balmy Breeze collection.  I saw this card by Sabrina and it inspired my card here.  I loved the flags/banner she had down the side and I knew instantly which stamp set and paper I would use....thanks Sabrina for sharing!

Here's a shot from the side to show the layers.  I stamped the lighthouse onto the blue patterned paper, and then onto white CS.  I fussy cut the lighthouse and clouds and attached them with foam squares to give it some dimension.

This is a Pinterest inspired card!  I saw THIS CARD by DeAnn and because I have a bunch of Washi Tape that I haven't used yet and knew this would be a great card to recreate Deneen-style:)  The button colours didn't photograph well, not sure why, but the yellow and pink are a really nice shade, in the photo they look dull and off-colour.
