Inspired Stamps Christmas Card

Hello and welcome here!  I hope you enjoyed last week's Inspired Stamps Christmas in July Blog Hop!  This week the DT are continuing with the Christmas theme and sharing cards that have Christmas verses on them.

Card Size:  4.25" x 5.5"

The scripture I used is from the Vintage Christmas stamp set and the tree is from Ask, Seek, Knock stamps set.  The music background is from the Background stamp set.  The patterned paper is from Bazzill 6x6 Nordic Pines.

I stamped the music background onto cream cardstock and then tore and inked the edges to give it a vintage feel.

The tree is stamped onto white cardstock (not sure why it looks cream in the photos), to give the appearance of snow on the branches. I then coloured some 'needle' using Copics and added Viva Decor Glitter Liner to the edges of the branches.

Inspired Stamps Christmas in July Blog Hop!

Hello and welcome here!  My blog has been  looking a little empty around here the past few weeks.  Cuttlebug Mania is on hiatus until September and my family was away for 3 weeks and I wasn't able to update anything while I was away...it was all scheduled:)  Now that I'm back, hopefully I'll be able to pop in more often with some inspiration.

Card Sizes:  4.25" x 5.5"

 

I used the same patterned paper for each...Bazzill 6x6 Nordic Pines...and changed up the stamp sets I used.  I love it when you have a 'template' and just need to decide which stamps to use, it makes creating fast and easy.

For the first card I used 2 stamp sets, Fir Trees and Blessed Little Christmas.  Fir trees always remind me of Christmas!  I also used Blessed Little Christmas for the inside of the card as well.

For this card I used the Holly from the Flower Value Set and I coloured it with Copics. The scripture I used is from Blessed Little Christmas.  The inside uses the same stamps sets I used for the outside.

Inspired Stamps Hymn Girls

Hello and welcome here.  It's time for some more Inspired Stamps inspiration.  This week the DT are sharing cards made with a May, June or July New Release stamp set.

Card Size:  4.25" x 5.5"

I used Hymn Girls:  Summer Flip Flops and coloured her with Copics markers. I added a sentiment from 1" Circle Sentiments which fit perfectly on the Taylored Expressions Designer Mini Tags die.  I used the yellow and pink polka-dot paper from Bazzill 6x6 Vintage Marketplace.

Inside:

For the inside of my card I used Hymn:  Mushroom & Leaves and Label Maker Alphabet.

Inspired Stamps July New Release

Hello and welcome here!  Today Inspired Stamps is releasing some new stamp sets!!  I am using the new Hymn Girls Sitting Left.  Be sure to check out the rest of the DT creations because they are also using some newly released stamps.

Card Size:  4" x 6"

I coloured the image and then outlined it using Copics, I just used a simple colouring method rather than trying to get too detailed.  The sentiment is part of the image and I separated them so that I could attach the sentiment behind the girl.

Inspired Stamps Red, White and Blue Card

Hello and welcome here!  It's hard to believe it's already July, Happy July 1st or 4th of July depending on where you live!  This week the Inspired Stamps DT are sharing red, white and blue creations using a Hymn Line stamp.

Card Size:  4.25" x 5.5"

I really like the sunburst look lately and used it again for this card.  I like how it conveys excitment, happiness, and even looks a bit like fireworks!  I used Hymn Girls:  June and the sentiment is from 1" Circle Sentiments.  The patterned paper is from Bazzill 6x6 Worldwide paper pack.
