Butterfly Wings

Yup, you read right...butterflies, in the winter. I'm preparing for a Craft Show and needed some spring cards, so since I haven't prepared anything wintery to show you, you get to see these ones. These cards were inspired by CTMH sista Tany Dvorak, I loved the colour combo.
.
Card Size: 4.25" x 5.5"
.

.
I added Prisma Glitter to the butterfly wings, and used the Cuttlebug's Floral Fantasy EF.
.
Recipe: CTMH CS-White Daisy, Spring Iris & Lilac Mist, CTMH Ink-Spring Iris & Black, CTMH SS-Butterfly Wings, Organdy Ribbon, Foam Squares, Prisma Glitter, Cuttlebug Floral Fantasy EF.
.
Card #2
.

I used CTMH Create A Shade Pearl Paint on the Sweet Leaf CS. I embossed the butterfly in black on vellum, cut it out, and attached it so the wings stand up a bit.
.
Recipe: CTMH CS-Spring Iris, Lilac Mist, Black & Sweet Leaf, CTMH Ink-Spring Iris, CTMH Marker-Spring Iris & Lilac Mist, CTMH SS-Butterfly Wings & Intrinsic Backgrounds, CTMH Create A Shade Pearl Paint, Ribbon, Kaisercraft Pearls, Rhinestones, Vellum, Black Embossing Powder, Foam Squares.
Enjoy,
Deneen
