Top Tip Tuesday Use Something New Challenge & Paper Ruffle Tutorial

Hello and welcome here!  How many of you got some new scrapbooking things for Christmas?  Now's the time to use them if you haven't already.  The challenge over at Top Tip Tuesday is to use something new.  Plus I've shared a tutorial on how to make the Paper Ruffles you see on my card, just click HERE.

Card Size:  4.25" x 5.5"

The new items I used are the Maggie Holmes Open Book embossing folder and the Spellbinders Fancy Label Tags Four Die D-Lites.  The ruffles look like material but they're really paper!
