Hello and welcome here! I've been working on Christmas cards this month and thought I'd share over the next week or so some of the ones I've been making. In the past I've made some dollar card ones, these ones I'm sharing are a little more intricate and so I'll be selling at my regular price.
The glitter paper I found at Winner's last year, it was being sold as wrapping paper, and because it was such a great price I am able to use it on most my cards. All cards are 4.25" x 5.5".
I saw a card on Pinterest that had a banner hanging from the lamp post, I tried to recreate it using what I had in my stash. I added a little wreath to the post and was able to make the banner reflect the patterned paper I used.
I used gold foil paper for the lamp and it doesn't like to photographed well, lol. I saw a card on Pinterest that used lamps and had a small fence with a garland on it. I recreated it using things in my stash.
I saw a card on Pinterest that used a door and had a wreath hanging on it. I added a lamp post to mine. It's difficult to see, but I embossed the background with a brick embossing folder. I added 3D snow and glitter to the top of the door and along the bottom.
It was a lot of fun making Christmas cards using a lamp post. I die cut it out and added a bit of greenery to finish it off.
Thanks for dropping by and having a look!!
Deneen
