Hello and welcome here.  Just when you think Spring is on it's way, Mother Nature laughs at you...we just got dumped on by a ton of snow, but on a bright note, we had a Snow Day because of it:)  This week at Top Tip Tuesday the Challenge is ROFL (Rolling On The Floor Laughing), make a hilariously fun creation.

Here is my inspiration for the Challenge.  QKR let the DT use some images and I went with Making Bubbles.  Then I had a tough time trying to figure out a good sentiment.  I had some help deciding what to use, but thought it went perfectly with the image:)
