 Good luck and have fun!

I made this cute little Traveling Case for this month's Blog Hop!  I found the instructions (by Tamra) over on Authentique's Facebook page HERE.  It's super cute and I couldn't resist making it all fancy.

I used Flowering Dogwood Paper Collection, I just love the blues and greens together.  The ornamental pieces are from my favourite die set Arianna Lace.

I kept the outside 'plain' because I wanted the wow factor to happen when you open the box!

For the handle I used one of the border dies from Border Essentials.

Tada!  I envisioned the flowers tucked in the corner of the lid, but then I imagined them flowing down into the bottom part too!  You can store keepsakes in here.  Or leave some of the flowers off and use it on your desk to store paperclips etc. too!!!

I used another favourite, Window Box Elements die for the ornamental piece in the lid.

The flowers are stamped and cut using Botanical Rose.  They were cut using patterned paper in the Flowering Dogwood paper collection and white cardstock.

I love the cascading effect!  And it closes nicely, the flowers are small enough that they don't interfere with each other when closed.

I used Papericious Crystal Clear Glitter, Mini Prills and Nuvo Crystal Drops to embellish the flowers.

And finally, the bottom of the box inside.

Recipe- Heartfelt Creations PP-Flowering Dogwood, Heartfelt Creations Dies-Arianna Lace, Botanical Rose, Border Essentials & Window Box Elements, Heartfelt Creations Stamp-Botanical Rose, Heartfelt Creations Misc.-Deluxe Flower Shaping Kit, Mini Prills-Minnie Pearls, Papericious-Crystal Clear Glitter, & Nuvo Crystal Clear Drops-Ivory Seashell, Bazzill CS-Mysterious Teal & mint green, CTMH CS-White Daisy, CTMH Ink-Blush, Whisper & Juniper, Magnets, Foam, Pearls.

Now it's time to hop on over to Archana's Blog!

Don't forget to let us know how you used your Cuttlebug!

Card Size:  4.25" x 5.5"
Orange is not one of my go to colours but I like using orange for masculine cards, so I'm sharing a masculine card using the sketch for inspiration.  I used this paper for a folio I was working on and decided to use the scraps to make a card!

I die cut stars in the same background colour to give it some dimension because it looked flat after using 3 pattened papers for the rest of the card.

Cuttlebug Mania Baking Challenge

Hello and welcome here!  It's time for another Cuttlebug Mania challenge and this time it's all about Baking...so think kitchen, cupcakes, aprons etc.

Challenge - Baking

Challenge runs for 2 weeks.

Don't forget to let us know how you used your Cuttlebug!

Card Size:  4.25" x 5.5"
I went with an apron.  I roughly drew an apron shape, cut it out and then traced it onto a piece of patterned paper, and finally fussy cut it out.  I then used My Favorite Things Scallop border to die cut a fancy edge for the bottom and top of my apron.

The sentiment was from Jen Hadfield Homemade, DIY Home Family Rules patterned paper...it was perfect for my Baking themed card!

I dressed up the corner using Lawn Fawn Hearts and My Favorite Things Corners dies.
