Fussy and Fancy Challenge Christmas Card

Yes you read right, lol, I have a Christmas card to share with you today. Inspired Stamps is the Sponsor over on Fussy and Fancy Challenge Blog and the Challenge this week is Christmas themed projects.

Here is the card I created to help inspire you to think Christmas.

Card Size: 4.25" x 5.5"

Isn't that bear the sweetest!?! He's from the set BEARS All Things. I added a scarf using striped grosgrain ribbon, so even though the stamp set itself isn't a Christmas set, you can still use the image to make a Winter scene. I used Martha Stewart Branch punch to make the tree, and added Red Stickles to the branches. I traced a star shape, cut it out, and added Gold Stickles around the edge. I also used Stickles for the snow, and to give some twinkle to the sky.

Card Inside:

Recipe: Inspired Stamps-BEARS All Things & 1" Circle Sentiments, CTMH CS-Outdoor Denim, White Daisy, Garden Gree & Olive, CTMH PP-Aspen, CTMH Ink-Black & Tulip, EK Success-Wrought Iron Corner Punch, Martha Stewart Branch Punch, Flower Soft Wires, Stickles-Gold, Red, Crystal Ice, Platinum & Starry Night, Copics-Y08, Y11, B91, B93, B97, B99, R81, R83, R85, C1, C0, 0, Tim Holtz Snow Flurries Die.

I used Tim Holtz Snow Flurries die to decorate the inside of my card...I added Stickles to the snowflakes to make them sparkle.

Deneen, can I ask you a question? Why do you have your set up so that people don't see your post in Google Reader? When I only have a minute to check out blogs, if it is not posting in google reader, then I usually skip it as it takes my computer forever to open a blog. I just wondered if there is a benefit to doing it that way, I see quite a few that are using that set up.
Thanks.

Hi Leslie! Thanks so much for asking your question. I had no idea it wasn't in Google Reader...I just added the gadgets that Blogger has to offer. I will see if I can fix that.

Thanks again, or I'd still be in the dark about that:)
