Card Size:  5" x 6"
So, I didn't want to have to tell you this, but...Christmas is only 2 months away!!! So I thought I better start working on some Christmas cards.  I used the Festive Holly Paper Collection and layered some elements to make a card.

I used the stamps and dies from Window Frame and also Window Box Elements and Border Essentials.

I cut out the sled from red cardstock and grey cardstock, I then fussy cut the red slats and glued them to the grey sled.

I coloured the candle with Prismacolour Pencils and added it to the inside of the window.  The cardinal is cut from the patterned paper...the collection is full of cardinals!  I added Liquid Applique to the window ledges and sled to make it look snowy.

The cardstock base needed something, so I embossed a border from the Border Essentials set to give it some texture.

The sentiment is part of the paper collection, I cut it out and matted it.  I think I will go back and add some glitter to make it more festive.

Recipe:  HCD1-7150 Window Box Elements, HCD1-7148 Window Frame, HCD1-783 Border Essentials, HCPC-3794 Window Frame, HCDP1-280 Festive Holly Collection, White CS, Bazzill CS-turquoise & red, CTMH Ink-Whisper, Versafine Black Onyx Ink, Prismacolor Pencils-925, 923, 908, 912, 988, 1005, 917, 118, Foam Squares, Liquid Applique.

This showed up yesterday!!  Snow!!!
It's great for getting you in the mood to make Christmas cards, am I right??
